    Bought a car what broke down after 5 days

    I was sold a car that broke down after 5 days after purchase, I was refused a refund or a repair of my 30 days just be very careful if you buy a car from here, you could end up with it on drive for 7 month & not drivable do your research on this car dealer, they leave the good reviews themselves.

    Purchased My 1st car

    I have just bought my 1st car from them I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The team was very honest, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable when I first viewed the car and was very calm when I did the test drive and they even delivered the car after it had been serviced and valeted. The car I purchased had a fault with the key fob and when I contacted to inform and they was very efficient in calling and arranging for it to be repaired with no fuss and he even arranged for the car to be delivered to my home after the repairs have been done. Thank you the team.

    My experience with piccadilly

    Hi people Bought my first car from this dealer 3 months ago was a lovely little citroen c1, I was asked to leave feed bk on the day of purchase but was not to sure whether I should, so here I am now 3 months later. I love this car I have not had a single problem apart from indicator bulb went couple of weeks ago. I did ring them to tell them and they send me a new bulb which I had already replaced but thank you anyway. But interms of reliability the car has been spot on, touch wood stays that way. So big thanks guys Razia

    Overall bad experience

    After paying for a vehicle from Picadilly Car Sales that was completely broken and unsafe drive (as said by Kwik Fit). I myself have had the enjoyable experience of waiting a month to talk to a manager, who pretended not to be the manager until confronted. I have been promised both calls & texts from this company that I have received. After contacting citizens advice they told me that the business attempted to limit their liability as a "trade sale" when I am clearly a consumer, against my statutory rights. My overall experience with this company has been terrible, I now have a car sat that cannot be driven and will not pass it's MOT for issues that will cost more than what I paid for the car, so I really have no choice but to scrap it after being sold an unroadworthy vehicle in the pretense I was insured to drive it away that day "under Piccadilly Car Sales" - this is untrue.

    Hi James s, this sale was subject to spares or repairs has the vehicle had some minor issues that you was aware off at the time of sale. After highlighting the issues, you was happy with this as we gave you few hundred pounds discount. You was content with this and happily signed to the terms and conditions . When you got in contact with us about the issues, We advised you to bring the vehicle back and we were happy to buy the car off you but you were being very rude and demanding extra cost to the vehicle which you decided to get done, prior to advising you bring the vehicle back. We did try to help and co-operated with you all the way but you was being very uncooperative and very threatening over the phone. We do not tolerate threatening behaviour especially after we try tried our best to resolve this for you at all cost. We do act in professional manner at all times and if as and when, we receive a complaint, we deal with it promptly to keep the Cusotmer happy.

    Unhappy. Bad service.

    Terrible. I bought a ford fiesta freedom 1.4, after the purchase I tried to get back in contact with a manager within the 30 day period of my right to reject as the vehicle had so many issues that we were not made aware of. It's also worth noting after taking the car to a garage I was told that this car would have never passed its M.O.T and that it had been cheated. The steering rack is completely gone, clutch is gone, handbrake snapped after purchase, and they ignored me throughout the whole 30 days I tried to contact them. While being incredibly unprofessional when I did get through. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely abbhorent service and they should be ashamed.
